نحن في تطبيق SMLE Gate نلتزم بحماية خصوصية المستخدمين. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية المعلومات عند استخدام التطبيق.

تطبيق SMLE Gate هو تطبيق تعليمي فقط مخصص لمراجعة الأسئلة الطبية، وتقديم أمثلة تعليمية لبعض المواضيع الطبية، وشرح طريقة صياغة الأسئلة.

2. الغرض التعليمي وإخلاء المسؤولية

• التطبيق لا يمثل اختبار الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
• أي تشابه في الأسئلة أو المواضيع مع اختبار الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية هو تشابه غير مقصود ويقع ضمن إطار الصدفة فقط.
• المحتوى مقدم لأغراض تعليمية وتدريبية فقط، ولا يضمن النجاح في أي اختبار رسمي.
• التطبيق غير تابع وغير معتمد وغير مرتبط بأي جهة حكومية أو رسمية.

3. عدم تقديم استشارات طبية

المحتوى الموجود في تطبيق SMLE Gate هو لأغراض تعليمية فقط، ولا يُعدّ استشارة طبية أو تشخيصاً أو علاجاً. لا يجب الاعتماد على التطبيق لاتخاذ قرارات طبية أو متعلقة برعاية المرضى.

4. جمع المعلومات

قد نقوم بجمع معلومات محدودة مثل:

• البريد الإلكتروني (في حال التسجيل أو التواصل معنا).
• بيانات تقنية غير شخصية لتحسين أداء التطبيق.

ولا نقوم بجمع:

• معلومات صحية شخصية.
• بيانات طبية حقيقية.

• تمت جميع عمليات الدفع داخل تطبيق SMLE Gate عبر مزود خدمة الدفع Paymob، وهو مزود دفع معتمد في المملكة العربية السعودية.
• جميع عمليات الدفع مشفرة بالكامل وتتم وفق أعلى معايير الأمان.
• لا يقوم التطبيق بحفظ أو تخزين أو الوصول إلى أي بيانات حساسة خاصة بوسائل الدفع، مثل أرقام البطاقات البنكية.
• تخضع عمليات الدفع لشروط وأحكام مزود خدمة الدفع Paymob.

7. سياسة الاسترجاع

جميع المدفوعات والاشتراكات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع، ولا يحق للمستخدم المطالبة باسترجاع أي مبلغ بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.

8. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات داخل تطبيق SMLE Gate، بما في ذلك الأسئلة والشروحات والمواد التعليمية، هي ملكية فكرية خاصة بالتطبيق، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها أو بيعها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

9. حدود المسؤولية

لا يتحمل تطبيق SMLE Gate أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو نتائج مترتبة على استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على محتواه.
